Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I ship to every country on the planet~
Where do you ship from?
I ship every order from my home in Spain; this means taxes are included when buying from other European Union countries, so no extra customs fees for you!
When will you ship my order?
As long as there isn't a preorder item in your order, it will most likely go out within a week. For preorder products, though, the shipping estimate is stated in the listing itself.
When will I receive my order?
Orders usually take from 1 to 4 weeks to arrive to their new homes. In some very rare cases, they could get delayed up to 3 months due to customs. Please contact me if your order takes longer than that and I will do my best to help. For expensive products like my handbags, I always use expedited tracked shipping, which is really fast and includes insurance!
Will there be duties/tariffs on my order?
All items from my store are shipped from Spain, so if you are from outside the European Union or the United States, your order may be subject to customs fees depending on your country. These fees are not included in the shipping price and must be covered by you (if any). For customers in the European Union and the United States, I will pay for those on your behalf to provide a seamless shopping experience!
Is there a tracking number for my order?
If you purchased standard shipping, the answer is no. I like to use standard shipping to keep it low for you and it usually works quite fine and fast, but if you want a tracking number please pick "tracked shipping" during checkout!
Where is my order?
Please, ask your post office first. I have no control over orders once they leave my hands, but I will be here to help if anything goes wrong.
Can I cancel/return my order?
Sure! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, and you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. Simply send me a message through the withdrawal form, and I'll be happy to help you with the process. :)
Can I combine my orders?
Yes, contact me before placing your second order and I will create a custom coupon for you.
Can I change my address?
Of course! As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, you can. Just send me a message with your new address, and I'll take care of it.
What does 'grade B/C' mean?
Sometimes I get defective merch. When that happens I like to sell those at a discounted price for people who don't really mind if their item is 'perfect' or not. Find a more extensive explanation about grades here.
Do you make custom charms?
I sometimes do. My commissions are usually closed, but I will open them once in a while and let everyone know through my social media accounts so be sure to follow me there. In the meantime, you can find my commission info & prices here.
I found a bug/problem in your shop, what should I do?
Since this store is partially coded by me there might be some bugs I didn't spot, let me know and I will work on it asap~
